General Information
A paint party is perfect for any occasion, whether you are throwing a kids birthday party, bachelorette party or ladies night! We are happy to be a part of any event. Here is some information to help you get started!
We are a completely mobile company and do not have a studio. We can come to any space whether it be in your home, place of business or rented area.
No experience necessary
From canvases to aprons– we bring all the painting supplies for a perfect painting celebration. All we need from you is tables, chairs and access to a sink.
The party host will be responsible for any snacks and beverages; this will not be provided by GWC.
Time of the event is 2 ½ to 3 hours depending on the design, this includes a few small breaks for dry time and snacking if you chose to do so!
There will be a $50 travel fee for any locations over 20 miles
There is a minimum of 6 guests. If you do not meet this requirement you will be responsible for the total amount.
A deposit of $75 is required to secure your date. Deposit may vary with larger events. The deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of the party.
Due to the custom nature of the class there are no deposit refunds for cancellations for any reason. Your payment is, however, transferrable to a future party date. When setting your private event start time, please keep in mind this is the time instruction will begin; please have guests arrive a little early to get ready to paint & party!
